2024 OTTAWA FERRARI FESTIVAL PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION
Register here for all activities related to this year’s festival.
Before you get into it, please note that Festival Participants are encouraged to be members of the Ferrari Club of America as members get a discount of $75 per person! In addition, only FCA members can register for the Ferrari Concorso d’Eleganza.

The Ferrari Concorso is an optional event which is part of the Dow’s Lake Concorso d’Eleganza, only for Ferraris. Prior to choosing a Ferrari Concorso package, please familiarize yourself with the details as presented on our Concorso Page.
Ready to register? Please follow the steps shown below.
Step 1 - Sign Your Waiver
Click here to open the waiver window. Please follow the waiver instructions as you may need to go through additional confirmations if you have a minor with you. On the last page, please fill out the form and select “Agree to this Document”. Once successfully completed you can close that window and return to this one to continue with the Festival Registration at Step 2 below.
Please note: all Festival/Concorso participants must sign the waiver, both driver and passenger(s).
Step 2a - Select Your Package
Festival Package pricing discount is available for Ferrari Club of America and Automobiles Etcetera Club members. Choose the appropriate package below.
Festival Package (FCA/AE member): Single $275 / Double $550
Festival Package (non member): Single $350 / Double $700
Once you have clicked “Add To Cart”, you will be asked to fill out a Festival registration form after which you will return to this page.
Step 2b (Optional) - Extra Tickets for Saturday Night Festival and Concorso Awards Dinner
Saturday night dinner tickets are included in all Festival Participant Packages. If you don’t need additional tickets for Saturday night dinner, skip this step and go to Step 3.
However, if you would like to invite additional guests to join you at the dinner on Saturday night, select the desired number of additional tickets and click “Add to Cart” below.
Step 3a (Optional) - Dow's Lake Concorso d'Eleganza Ferrari Concorso Entry
Note Festival registrants who are bringing Italian cars other than Ferraris may register their Italian car in their respective Concorso class here.
Note: Cars participating in the Concorso are not allowed to display “unauthorized” windshield banners. Please remove any windshield banners not provided by the FCA Ottawa Ferrari Festival before entering the Concorso show field.
You may optionally choose a Concorso entry to have your Ferrari judged or display-only.
All cars registered for the Ferrari Concorso (judged and display-only) must be on the show field before 8:45am and remain on site until 2:30pm. For safety reasons there will be no in and out privileges.
If you do not choose either then your car will not be parked in the Concorso area during the day Friday.
Display-only entry is free but must be pre-registered to allow preparation for car staging.
Concorso judged entry includes one lunch.
Whether you choose judged or display-only you have the option below to purchase additional Concorso lunches.
Concorso Package (one lunch): Judged Entry $150
Concorso Package (no lunch): Display-only $0

Step 3b (Optional) - Extra Concorso Lunch Tickets
One Friday Concorso lunch is included with each Concorso Judged entry. If you don’t need additional tickets for Friday noon lunch, skip this step.
However, if you would like to invite additional guests to join you for Friday noon lunch or are entered as display-only and wish to purchase lunch, select the desired number of additional tickets and click “Add to Cart” below.
Step 4 - Checkout
Accommodations are not included in the registration fees. Before you get to your accommodation reservation (Step 5 below), you will need to check out. Click “CHECKOUT” below where you will be able to securely pay your registration fee using a credit card.
Once your payment is processed, you will be reminded to complete the optional Step 5 below if you need accommodations.
Step 5 (Optional) - Accommodations
As mentioned, accommodations are not included in the registration fees. Registrants are asked to arrange their own choice lodgings.
The recommended hotel is the Lord Elgin Hotel where a block of rooms has been reserved at a preferred rate. To ensure availability and rate, please book before May 13, 2024 after which time the rooms will be released.
The hotel is located downtown about 3.5km (<10 minutes) from Ottawa’s Little Italy where the majority of events take place.

Step 6 (Optional) - Car Detailing
During the Festival mobile detailing services are available behind St. Anthony Soccer Club (523 St. Anthony Street, Ottawa ) through Low Cost Detailing Facebook.
